About 20 meters off the coast of Oki Island is a rock that sticks straight out of the ocean; when the evening sun aligns at its tip, it looks like a lit candle, giving it the name Candle Island. On the Candle Island Leisure Cruises, passengers can enjoy the beauty of the sunset and a romantic atmosphere. The captain of the boat will even make sure passengers are able to take souvenir photos of the moment the sun aligns with the rock. Please note that advance reservations are required to ride these boats. Also, passengers must arrive at the departure location 15 minutes before departure time.
