It was opened as a jazz club in 1965, and live jazz performances started soon after. Both famous domestic and international musicians play, and this club is a must when talking about jazz scenes in Tokyo. Also, rare for jazz clubs, all the audience seats face the stage. It has a specialized structure to conduct the performance in front of the audience, rather than enjoying the performance as BGM while eating. Both matinee and night performances come with one drink, and being able to stop by casually is one of its selling points. Seats cannot be assigned for popular performances; however, reservations in advance are recommended.
