Seibu Ikebukuro is a department store in the Ikebukuro district in Tokyo, Japan. On top of the department store you can find a roof garden that few non-Japanese visitors know about. It provides one of the few green spaces in the busy Ikebukuro area and is perfect if you want to relax away from the crowds.
